>Pizza Dough (CCA)

Ingredients:


1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees F)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 to 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1. In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. When yeast has softened and become foamy (3 to 4 minutes), stir in oil and salt. Gradually stir in 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. Mix until soft dough forms, adding more all-purpose flour if dough is moist.
2. On floured surface, knead dough 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in lightly greased bowl. Cover; let rise 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
