Ingredients:
1 Cup Scalded Milk
2 1/2 cups Water
yeast starter
2 Eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
6 Table spoons butter
Flour
Method:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Add Water, Sugar, Salt, eggs and butter.
Add Flour till not longer sticky.
Let rise in large bowl.
Punch down, and shape into rolls.
Let Rise again.
Bake @ 350 F till lightly brown.
Butter tops hot. Serve.
