Davids' Mocha Page


Do YOU love Mocha Cuppacino? Do you love it SOOooo much that you grind your own quality beans for every cup? If so, the following recipe is for THE greatest Mocha you will EVER experience.

David's Mocha Recipe


* 1 (makes 8 qaurts box) of DRY CARNATION milk

* 16 oz. of DRY Swiss Miss Hot Chocalate

* 11 oz. jar of DRY CARNATION creamer

* 5 oz. Box of DRY INSTANT Jello brand VANILLA Pudding

* 3/4 cup of powdered sugar

Mix these ingredients well, and store in a dry place. I use one - two heaping Tablespoons of Mix per shot of Expresso. I normally make a quadruple shot Chino, and mix it with about a cup-to cup and a half of Skim Milk. My Dad calls it "the Big Dog." :) He suffers from high blood pressure now. Moderation is the key here folks. Remember, One shot of Expresso is equivelant to 4-5 cups of coffee. One a week is good for me. Happy Chino-ing everyone, and I hope you enjoy.
