David's Steamed Egg


Take an Egg, and crack it in a hot Skillet, so that the yoke does not break.
Immediately use a Spatula to break, and pull the WHITE part onto hotter skillet.
Spread the white as far as you can without tearing through.
NOW, sprinkle some DIRT or other season of choice.
Sometimes just a little salt and pepper is good.
Other times, Garlic, Onions, Monzerella and hot sauce is necessary.
Using a lid which fits the Skillet, get some water (doesn't take much) onto the Hot Skillet, and cover immediately for about 15-20 seconds.
This Method Cooks the White thoroughly, (NO WHITE SLIMY!! WHO HOOOO!!!)
And Leaves the Yolk, or some of it, wonderfully creamy for your toast or hot cake. :)
