Dave's Kefir

(non alcoholic milk beverage - can substitute any juice for milk)

Ingredients:

Big 2 gallon jar
1 quart of whole milk
2 gallons whole milk
Some Kefir starter

Method:

1) Dissolve Kefir in warm milk.
2) Let sit for 24 hours.
3) Then use it to innoculate 2 gallons of warm whole milk.

4) When you see it separate, you can drink the clear liquid FrEsH Wha-BAMM!.

5) Day 7-9 you can bottle it with your favorite flavor.

6) Leave Bottle room temp for 24 hours (only until it LOOKS like its going to explode...) then refrigerate.
Crack and pour into frosty mug. Should have the Hugest Head, and lots of Bubbles.

7) Keep it Alive by adding more warm Milk to the last 1/5th!
8) Add the culture to your Tea to make Kombucho!!!

9) Feed Kombucho warm sweet black and green tea and bottle THIS after 2-3 days, and leave out 24 and bottle. Kombucho is bomb.
