Dave's Kombucho
(sparkling non-alcoholic beverage)
Ingredients:
Glass Gallon Jug
-Live Kefir
-12 bags Black/Green Tea
-1 cup sugar
-1/4 cup raw local honey
Method:
1) Make Tea as you would for a gallon
2) Give tea Ice bath till just warm (no hotter than 104F)
3) Innoculate Tea with 1/5th gallon
Living Milk Kefir
4) Wait 24 hours
5) Bottle 6 Bottles, and leave 24 hours then chill.
6) Feed your 1/5th left another batch of sweet warm tea and repeat.
